Meditation @ Thomson House is a network for McGill grad students and postdocs who are interested in meditation practice, mindfulness, stress relief, life balance, and relaxation. We host a weekly Meditation Hour. Join us for a break in your day to cultivate focus and inner peace:

No advanced registration or previous meditation experience necessary; each session is designed to be accessible to anyone interested. Mats are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We also offer tea to help you unwind prior to beginning meditation.
Meditation begins at 12:30pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to allow us to begin promptly; doors open at 12:00pm, so feel free to come early, have a cup of tea, and get into a state of relaxation.
These sessions operate on a drop-in basis; no registration is required, and there is no charge. Participants may start attending at any time in the semester.
